Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed directly through verified Canadian distribution facilities.

• Same-Day Processing Cutoff: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are processed for same-day or next-business-day dispatch.

• Business Days: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed the following business day.

Fulfillment & Packaging

• Orders ship domestically across Canada via major couriers (Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, or Canpar).

• Items arrive in neutral, blind-packaged shipping containers.

• Tracking numbers are automatically synced to your order and sent via email as soon as your shipment leaves the distribution facility.
